Processing Time: 
At theheritage, we strive to process your order as quickly as possible. The processing time for all orders is 1 to 3 business days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time: 
After processing, shipping usually takes between 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Europe. We do our best to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Areas: 
We currently only ship to the UK and Europe.

Shipping Costs:  
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders!

Tracking: 
Once your order has been shipped, you will not receive a tracking number. Our orders are shipped in envelopes and delivered in your mailbox!
